Rules for a correct machine cleaning
machine_body.jpgBy using a vacuum/dust collector, clean:
- Tables and all cavities where there are dust and shavings residues.
- Extractor hoods (A), checking that there are no blockages.
- The inside of the machine, checking for dust or shavings.
- The end trimming unit.
- The trimming unit.
- The feed unit belt.
- The edge scraper unit, especially in the chipping extraction hood (B).
- The brushes unit.
- The felt pad unit (C) which cleans the conveyor belt (G).
- The rectifier unit (R).
- The gluescraper unit
